Workshop Drop-Off, Collection, and Storage Policy

 

1. Drop-Off & Estimates

• Timing: Please drop off your bicycle either the evening before or by 10:00 AM on the day of your scheduled appointment. The work will usually be complete by 3pm on the same day.

 

• Assessment: A mechanic will inspect your bike at the counter to provide an initial estimate. If we discover additional parts or labor are needed during the service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

 

2. Collection & 48-Hour Collection Period

 

• Notification: We will send you an SMS or email as soon as your service or repair is fully completed and ready for pickup.

 

• Collection Period: You have 48 hours from the time of our completion notice to collect your bicycle and settle the invoice.

 

3. Storage Fees

 

• Daily Charge: Bicycles left at the shop beyond the initial 48-hour grace period will incur a storage fee of £5.00 per day (including weekends).

 

• Release of Property: Under workshop terms, all outstanding repair costs and accumulated storage fees must be paid in full before the bicycle can be released to you.

 

4. Long-Term Storage & Disposal

 

• Abandonment Policy: If a bicycle remains uncollected for more than 30 days from the initial completion notice, we reserve the right to classify the property as abandoned.
